Brad Dargel, AIMA
Brad's career at MTAG has seen him provide unique expertise in a number of consulting capacities for municipalities as they review tax policy for specialized properties. Regarded as an expert in the provision of financial tax advisory services, he has developed positions on tax policy, analyzed the impacts of reassessments on farm and centralized properties and regularly provides assistance to his clients in the development of future tax ratios.
Much of Brad's efforts over the past few years have been focused on the research and analysis on assessment ratios, communicating the impacts on post capping adjustments and managing other related tax shifts and impacts between various tax classes.
Prior to MTAG, Brad spent sixteen years as a tax policy and assessment management consultant. Brad holds a degree in Geography from Laurentian University
